Prerequisites:	Tiefling
Trigger:	An enemy that you can see becomes bloodied.
Effect:	You regain hit points equal to your Constitution modifier. Until the end of the encounter, you gain a +1 racial bonus to attack and damage rolls against bloodied enemies.
