Half damage, and the target suffers a -2
penalty to all attack rolls and defenses until the end of your next turn.
When you choose an at-will trance, you may choose from the following options.

The target grants
advantage until the end of your next turn. On a critical hit, or if already granting advantage, the target suffers an additional -1 penalty to all defenses until the end of your next turn.
