First strike is an Assassin class feature which helps Rogues to fulfill the striker role.
You gain training in the Perception skill.
You gain a +1 class bonus to your Reflex defense.
You gain a class bonus to maximum hit points equal to your level.
During the first turn of any encounter, you gain advantage against each creature who has not yet acted in that encounter.
You gain the following trick:
Each enemy within 5 paces (
Bluff vs. Will)
The target grants you
advantage until the end of your next turn.
shift one pace. One target within two paces grants advantage to you until the end of your next turn.
At each even level, you choose a new at-will Trick. You may choose maneuvers from this class feature or any of your other class features.
At each odd level, you choose a new class feature. Some class features allow you to choose one or more ranked Trick; you may choose ranked Tricks from this class feature or any of your other class features.
You would miss a creature that is granting you
You gain a
feat bonus to the attack roll equal to your Wisdom modifier. If the attack hits, you gain a feat bonus to damage equal to your Dexterity modifier.
Until the stance ends, you gain a
feat bonus to damage equal to your Charisma modifier against creatures that are not granting you advantage.
First Strike, Nimble Evasion or Cunning Trickster
You would receive a
condition from an attack ( Bluff vs. the Sense of the attacking creature).
You do not gain the
condition, and the attacking creature grants advantage to you until the end of your next turn.
